We ship to the UK only at the moment. Currently we can only process deliveries to mainland UK via our online shop (there are additional delivery charges for remote areas of Scotland and non-mainland locations*).
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us and an email from our couriers APC with an estimated date for your delivery. We do require someone’s name on delivery, unless you have given us special instructions of a safe place to leave your order if you are not in.

How long should I expect to wait for my order?
If you place your order before 16.00, you can expect your order within 2-3 business days. If you place your order after 16.00, you can expect your order within 3-4 business days. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or inaccurate?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line.
How do I redeem gift/promo card discounts?
Simply enter and apply your promo code or online gift card at checkout.
As we use such a pure method to natural wine making, in particular by not using sulphites to superficially end the fermentation process, it can mean that every bottle tastes different and has a life of it’s own please bear this in mind when drinking TINTE.
We hope that you are delighted with our produce, however, if something is not right please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we can deal with your request as required.
